The Client is one of the largest and fastest-growing company-owned automated inspections and vehicle registration centers in the Philippines. These centers are more commonly known as PMVICs - Private Motor Vehicle Inspection Centers. In line with the government’s mandate to improve the roadworthiness of cars in the country, the Client is one of the private sector businesses which were provided exclusive licenses to who can build and operate these PMVICs. In these PMVICs, Filipino vehicle owners can have their cars tested for roadworthiness as well as acquire their car’s registration (following the annual mandated registration) within less than 30 minutes. This entire process would normally take 1-1.5 days if vehicle owners would go through the standard centers of the government. The Client's topline revenue is forecasted to grow 2x in business within the next 2 years as the government is slated to mandate all Private, light vehicles to register in these PMVIC centers instead of the traditional and more cumbersome registration facilities of the government.
